The present invention relates to a closed-circuit television (CCTV) device which uses an aspherical surface and a hemispherical dome to minimize the angle-of-view blocking phenomenon. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the CCTV device includes a camera fixing body (110) which has a plate having a camera lens module unit (120) installed therein; the camera lens module unit (120) which is installed on the plate of the camera fixing body (110) and records an image of a monitoring area; a camera lens module driving unit (130) which is coupled to the camera lens module unit (120) arranged on the plate of the camera fixing body (110) and adjusts the tilt angle of the camera lens module unit (120); and a dome housing (140) which covers and protects the camera lens module unit (120) and fixes and couples the camera fixing body (110).
