The present invention relates to a composition for inducing differentiation of dental pulp stem cells into odontoblasts, comprising bone morphogenetic protein 2 (BMP2) and bone morphogenetic protein 4 (BMP4). According to the present invention, when treated with a mixture containing BMP2 and BMP4 combined in an optimal ratio, odontoblastic differentiation efficiency of dental pulp stem cells is significantly increased, calcification of substrates is induced, and differentiation of dental pulp stem cells into odontoblasts is improved. Accordingly, the composition of the present invention may be used in a composition or a kit for differentiating dental pulp stem cells into odontoblasts, and has the effects of regenerating dentin, thereby restoring the damage of dental pulp and dentin.
