The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a functional beverage including a Ganoderma lucidum extract extracted with alcohol and a mealworm, and a functional beverage manufactured by the method. The method comprises the steps of: a) extracting Ganoderma lucidum to manufacture a Ganoderma lucidum extract; b) mixing edible insects with the Ganoderma lucidum extract; c) mixing the mixture with purified water to manufacture a mixed solution; and e) heating and filtering the mixture of the step c).
