The present invention relates to a waterproof insulating complex truss frame assembly unit for curtain wall construction of exterior panels of a building. In the waterproof insulating complex truss frame assembly unit for curtain wall construction of exterior panels of the building according to the present invention, the truss frame assembly unit is modularized to form a construction unit so as to complexly perform functions of a truss frame for a structure, a waterproof panel, and a heat insulating panel, the truss frame being installed on a slab and supporting an exterior panel in a curtain wall form to form a non-bearing wall for constructing a building exterior system, the truss frame assembly unit including: a frame panel having a box shape having side walls formed on edges of a steel plate and an open rear surface; multiple reinforcing frames provided on insides of the side walls of the frame panel; a back plate provided to cover an open portion of the rear surface of the frame panel to define a closed hollow chamber therein; and an insulating panel formed by filling foam insulation in the hollow chamber defined between the frame panel and the back plate. According to this configuration, the frame panel itself, which is formed by molding a steel sheet, functions as a hybrid type complex panel performing the role and function of the waterproof panel and also performing the role and function of a truss frame for a structure that can secure structural strength by additional provision of the reinforcing frames and support frames while the filled form insulation performs the role and function of the insulation panel, so that it is possible to construct an economical building exterior system that provides improved energy efficiency, weight reduction, and improved constructability.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
