The present invention relates to a sequencing batch wastewater treatment method using microalgae, and more specifically, to a sequencing batch wastewater treatment method using microalgae which can effectively remove nitrogen and phosphorus from wastewater by using a sequencing batch reactor, and at the same time, can produce biomass. The sequencing batch wastewater treatment method comprises: a wastewater feeding step for feeding wastewater from which solid matters are removed, to a sequencing batch reactor in which microalgae are introduced; a reaction step for supplying the sequencing batch reactor with light and air to cultivate and produce the microalgae, thereby removing nitrogen from the wastewater; a precipitation induction step for blocking the supply of air to the sequencing batch reactor while being supplied with light, to induce precipitation of the microalgae dispersed in treated water formed by having the wastewater reacted and treated; and a treated water discharge step for discharging part of overlying liquid of the treated water in which the microalgae are precipitated by the precipitation induction step. According to the present invention, the wastewater is treated by circulating once per day sequentially going through the above steps.
