ULTRAVIOLET DIGITAL TEXTILE PRINTING (UV DTP) PROCESSING METHOD OF FASHION CLOTHING USING WASTE FIBER

摘要

An objective of the present invention is to perform DTP processing using a UV printer after making clothing using waste fiber generated during a cutting process during a clothing production process, wherein a clothing production process comprising planning, purchasing of materials, designing a design pattern, cutting, and sewing. Unlike general DTP processing, a UV printer does not have special bond such as covalent bond and ionic bond with dye and fiber, and does have problem of fastness. Therefore, a UV DTP processing method having fastness suitable for clothing through special pretreatment is developed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
