An objective of the present invention is to provide an analysis method and an analysis program of a composition network topology structure, which analyze a network structure of a specific element to promote property improvement of various functional materials. A three-dimensional analysis object of which concentration distribution for a specific element (used in a concept of containing a specific compound) contained in a sample can be three-dimensionally measured within a predetermined measurement range is obtained. The three-dimensional analysis object is divided into unit grids consisting of a plurality of finer three-dimensional bodies. The amount of the specific element contained in each of the unit grids is obtained. Maximum-point grids having a maximum content of the specific element among adjacent unit grids are obtained. A composition network topology structure of the specific element owned by the sample is quantified in relation to the maximum-point grids contained in the three-dimensional analysis object.
