The present invention relates to an automatic vending machine having a location service function and an information service system using the same. A beacon capable of providing location information and other information in an automatic vending machine installed in a subway station is installed, and it is possible to accurately provide location information and other information to a passenger terminal having an automatic vending machine application installed therein. The automatic vending machine having a location service function comprises: a communications module for obtaining information in connection with a subway server; an information providing unit for providing information obtained by the communications module; a control unit for controlling the interworking of the subway server by the communications module and the provision of information of the information providing unit, and controlling the provision of information to a passenger terminal of a subway passenger; and a short-distance communications unit for providing information to the passenger terminal by being connected to the passenger terminal of the subway passenger according to the control of the control unit.
