REST API Method for providing REST API service to process massive unstructured data

There is provided a method of providing a REST API service capable of easily collecting massive unstructured data and storing and managing the same in the system. A method of providing a REST API service for processing unstructured data using a massive unstructured data system composed of an unstructured data storage and a REST API server connected thereto, comprising the following steps: (a) asking, at a client, a REST API server for a processing service of unstructured data using an HTTP request; (b) transmitting, by the REST API server, a response status code to the client; (c) collecting or retrieving, at the REST API server, the unstructured data according to a request query extracted from an HTTP request; (d) processing, at the REST API server, the unstructured data according to a request method extracted from the HTTP request; and (e) transmitting, by the REST API server, the processing result to the client, wherein if the request method is a POST method and the unstructured data has been stored in an external server, the REST API server directly accesses the external server to collect the unstructured data.
