The present invention provides an analysis method for a traffic accident risk and a storage medium having the same. According to the present invention, the analysis method for the traffic accident risk is performed through a management server installed with a traffic accident risk analysis program stored in a storage medium, wherein the analysis method includes: a step (a) of collecting basic data to construct a traffic accident risk analysis model and storing the basic data in the management server; a step (b) of constructing the traffic accident risk analysis model by processing the basic data; a step (c) of deriving a traffic accident risk by location through the traffic accident risk analysis model; and a step (d) of transmitting traffic accident information, processed by the traffic accident risk analysis model, from the management server to a user terminal.
