The present invention is to provide a method for measuring radio frequency (RF) transmission and reception performances of a test device. Embodiments relate to a performance measurement device and a performance measurement method for a test device. According to an embodiment, the method for measuring device reception performance comprises: a step of receiving a connection command with a test device from a control device connected to the performance measurement device, and performing a wireless connection with the test device; a step of receiving a measurement command for reception performance of the test device from the control device; a step of transmitting a connection request signal for performing a TCP/IP connection with the test device to the test device in response to the measurement command; a step of receiving, from the test device, a connection confirmation signal which is automatically answered in response to the connection request signal; and a step of analyzing the connection confirmation signal and transmitting the analysis result to the control device. As the performance measurement device is preset not to transmit the confirmation signal corresponding to the connection confirmation signal to the test device, the step of transmitting the connection request signal and the step of receiving the connection confirmation signal are able to be repeatedly performed.
