Disclosed is a system for analyzing whether listing requirements of an unlisted company are satisfied and calculating a listing probability which supports to systematically and objectively check whether listing requirements are satisfied and a listing probability. According to the present invention, the system for analyzing whether listing requirements of an unlisted company are satisfied and calculating a listing probability comprises: a raw data acquisition unit to acquire raw data related to an unlisted company, listing requirements, and companies which have requested to be listed in the past from a server; a listing requirement satisfaction analysis unit to use the raw data to allow a performance index of the unlisted company and the listing requirements to correspond to each other to analyze whether the unlisted company satisfies the listing requirements; a listing probability calculation unit to use the raw data to select a company similar to the unlisted company among the companies which have requested to be listed in the past, and calculate a listing probability of the unlisted company using raw data related to the selected similar company; and a result providing unit to provide an analyzed result of whether the listing requirements are satisfied and the calculated listing probability.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
