The intermediate stage dynamic downscaling unit has a weather processing system (WPS) preprocessing unit for converting community earth system model (CESM) data into intermediate level data and a weather research and forecasting (WRF)-advanced research WRF (ARW) unit for performing intermediate level dynamic downscaling calculation by using the intermediate level data converted by the WPS preprocessing unit, the final dynamic downscaling unit calculates a final dynamic downscaling value of a vector variable, and the display unit displays the final dynamic downscaling value in a corresponding color. Therefore, according to the present invention, a future high-resolution climate change of a nation is predicted.
