Disclosed are a radio navigation method and a radio navigation apparatus. The radio navigation method according to one embodiment comprises: a step of obtaining a first distance between a first communication device capable of communicating with a user device and the user device and a second distance between a second communication device capable of communicating with the user device and the user device; and a step of estimating coordinates of the user device based on a geometric condition, the first distance, and the second distance between the user device, the first communication device, and the second communication device.
