The present invention provides a black tea composition with citron and bergamot flavors and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of significantly improving palatability. The method includes: a step of selecting a base black tea ingredient forming flavored black tea; a step of forming the flavored black tea making an acidic flavor of citrus; a step of treating dry citron peel by smashing and sorting citron peel in a proper particle size; a step of treating citron granules maintaining flavor and taste; a step of preparing sub ingredients; and a step of forming a black tea composition.
