The present invention relates to an algorithm for computing a TOA Albedo at upper atmosphere using a Himawari-8 AHI sensor. Results are derived by a TOA Albedo computing algorithm using the Himawari-8 AHD sensor, and the derived results are compared by TOA Albedo of a CERES sensor to increase spatial-temporal resolution to observation of the Korean Peninsula, thereby producing input data having higher quality than a numerical forecast model and easily producing various forecast assistant data having high accuracy. There is provided the algorithm for computing the TOA Albedo at the upper atmosphere using the Himawari-8 AHI sensor which is configured to be widely utilized for solar radiation and earth radiation energy, weather forecast, climate science, atmosphere chemical, and searches of properties related to the surface of the earth. To this end, the present invention includes a step of collecting computed input data, a step of collecting analyzed data, a step of comparing and analyzing data and a step of computing TOA Albedo.
