The present invention relates to a device for valve failure diagnosis and emergency driving of a fuel cell air supply system. More specifically, the device for valve failure diagnosis and emergency driving of a fuel cell air supply system more accurately diagnoses the valve failure of the fuel cell air supply system so as to judge which valve is faulty and that the failure is either the open failure or the closed failure; and allows the emergency driving to be performed normally by correcting the target air supply flow rate for the normal power generation of the fuel cell when the valve failure is judged. The device for valve failure diagnosis and emergency driving of a fuel cell air supply system includes an air compressor, an air supply control valve, an air pressure control valve, and a fuel cell control unit.
