Provided is a method for controlling three-dimensional content by a first wearable device worn on the right and left hands of a user. The first wearable device recognizes the gesture of the right hand and the gesture of the left hand performed on the three-dimensional content. The first wearable device generates a control command corresponding to the gesture of the right hand and the gesture of the left hand, movement information of the right hand, and movement information of the left hand. The first wearable device transmits the control command, the movement information of the right hand, and the movement information of the left hand to a first content server providing the three-dimensional content through wireless communication.
