The at least one first fault management computing device (24) is configured to receive data relating to a first defect condition. The at least one first defect management computing device (24) is also configured to generate a resolution with respect to the first defect condition and to transfer at least one resolution command signal to at least one second defect management computing device (24). The at least one resolution command signal configures the at least one second defect management computing device (24) so as to use resolve a second defect condition in a similar manner using the resolution.
