The present invention relates to a fastening apparatus and a fastening method for an earthquake-proof indoor fire hydrant. The present invention includes a plate material for concrete placement, a plurality of position fixing units coupled with the upper surface of the plate material for concrete placement and having an upper surface where an insertion hole is formed, and an insert plate for insertion into the insert hole where a fastening plate is formed having an upper portion where a plurality of fastening holes are formed and a plurality of support rods are formed in a lower portion. The earthquake-proof indoor fire hydrant is coupled with the upper portion of the fastening plate. The earthquake-proof indoor fire hydrant fastening method includes a step of installing a plurality of position fixing units in the upper portion of a plate material, a step of installing the plate material in the upper portion of a support, a step of inserting a support rod of an insert plate into an insertion hole of the position fixing unit, a step of placing concrete in the upper portion of the insert plate-coupled plate material, a step of separating the position fixing unit-coupled plate material after growth of the concrete, and a step of coupling the earthquake-proof indoor fire hydrant with a fastening plate in the upper portion of the insert plate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
