A problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a personalized directory structure that can be configured according to each users need when a plurality of users access and use files stored in a file transfer system or a cloud service, and authorize each user or each group to access the files. A personalized directory system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a user interface unit for providing an execution screen on which a source directory structure can be edited according to user characteristics to create a personalized directory structure; a personalized directory structure generation unit for mapping the personalized directory structure configured by the user interface unit to a corresponding user account and storing the mapped personalized directory structure in a database; and a control unit for extracting a personalized directory structure corresponding to an authenticated user account from the database using user authentication information according to a personalized directory mode execution request and obtaining file information corresponding to the personalized directory structure extracted from an operating system to thereby provide the personalized directory.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
