The present invention relates to a mobile internet of things (IoT) intellectual property service system, capable of easily checking history information on a product and intellectual property rights (IPRs) information applied to the product by a simple operation using a reader such as a smartphone and of inducing right usage of the product and reasonable purchase determination by a customer. The mobile IoT intellectual property service system also notifies various pieces of information such as time limit on the product or approach of administration time limit to an individual user by dual fusion administration of individual information and integrated information by corresponding to the individual user. The mobile IoT intellectual property service system includes: a mobile linkage unit inserted or attached to the product as a mark enabling optical recognition or radio wave recognition; the reader reading linked data which is set in advance in the mobile linkage unit by recognizing the mobile linkage unit by optics or radio waves; and a server computer storing the integrated information including the intellectual property rights information on the product and the history information and setting link data matched to the integrated information, wherein the server computer also generates an optical pattern or an electrical pattern of the mobile linkage unit for the mobile linkage unit to form the link data or to record the link data in the mobile linkage unit. The reader requests the integrated information corresponding to the link data to the server computer and visually expresses the integrated information when the integrated information is received from the server computer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
