The present invention relates to a method for trading virtual electric power between microgrids that is capable of performing electric power trading between the microgrids in an environment where various microgrids exist, and an agent apparatus therefor. According to the present invention, the agent apparatus for trading virtual electric power between microgrids on the basis of a direct transaction way includes: an information collection part for collecting scheduling information from the plurality of microgrids; and an agent part for rescheduling the collected scheduling information to select the microgrids as objects for the electric power trading. The present invention enables electric power trading between microgrids to makes profits for both the microgrid desiring to sell electric power and the microgrid desiring to buy the electric power.
