The present invention relates to a management system of automated test equipment (ATE) using modularization that modularizes an instrument control unit, a test unit and a management unit to perform test between electronic equipment and an instrument, the management system including: an instrument control unit (100) controlled according to an execution file independent from each instrument; a management unit (200) for integrally managing the instrument control unit (100) and a test unit (300) by a management signal transmitted from the outside; and the test unit (300) for testing or inspecting the electronic equipment or the instrument.
