The present invention relates to an operation system of automated test equipment (ATM) for concurrent tests of multiple test objects. The operation system includes: a plurality of test objects controlled by the ATM; a switching member for connecting the ATM and the test objects; a plurality of connecting parts (100) having instruments controlled by the ATM which are combined as a module; a resource part (200) connected to the connecting parts (100) via a cable and having a plurality of test resources which are combined as a module and commonly used in the test objects controlled by the ATM; and an additional expansion part connected to the connecting parts (100) and the resource part (200) by a cable and having a plurality of other test resources, which are combined as a module, except for the test resource combined in the resource part (200).
