The present invention relates to a health community smart system, and more particularly, to a health community smart system on a smartphone device through a cloud application module for a health management application. According to the present invention, health management of a member can be efficiently performed in a community network through an application driven on a smart device. In addition, disclosed is an operation of a health community. A method for operating a health enterprise comprises the steps of: accumulating or managing health points indicating at least one health activity among an exercise, a food, and a positive message on the basis of personal information of a user; and providing the user with an article or a service using the health points. According to the present invention, a virtuous circle of a health life environment can be formed such that people in a community can encourage or promote health enhancing behaviors to each other. In addition, enterprises, restaurants, and local governments are induced to participate in health behaviors, and a health life environment at the local community level can be constructed.
