The present invention relates to a seismic reinforcement structure of an infilled masonry wall and a construction method thereof, which can prevent a collapse of the infilled masonry wall and enhance in-plane damping effect during an earthquake without removal of an existing infilled masonry wall, and prevent transfer of additional load burden to other members by preventing increase of stiffness of the infilled masonry wall, which is a nonbearing wall. The seismic reinforcement structure of an infilled masonry wall according to the present invention comprises: an infilled masonry wall disposed in a framework having columns and beams; and reinforcing plates vertically disposed at both sides of the infilled masonry wall and spaced apart from an outer surface of the infilled masonry wall at a predetermined interval.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
