The present invention relates to a fermented functional food using barley bran. By using and fermenting barley bran of a good quality extracted from barley gran released from a pearling process, barley bran meju is produced. By finely crushing the barley bran meju and adding functional materials such as gastrodia, mugwort, or grape juice thereto, shaped products (pills, granules) of fermented barley bran can be produced. Therefore, functionality and preference of fermented traditional foods having excellent intestinal regulation and digestion promoting reaction can be improved.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
