The present invention relates to a learning-based real time guide system using face recognition and a guide method thereof. Since only feature point information is extracted and stored from a facial image of a management subject, personal information of the management subject to be stored and managed is anonymized while feature point information extracted from a facial image of a user, which is taken through an imaging device, is compared to the feature point information of the management subject to recognize the face of the user.
