The present invention relates to driving of a magnetostriction oscillator. More specifically, the present invention relates to a device and a method for driving a magnetostriction oscillator using an SPWM pulse width modulation scheme, which extremely improve ultrasound output efficiency according to driving of the magnetostriction oscillator as compared with power consumption in order to prevent or eliminate scale or slime of a heat exchanger, thereby reducing power consumption and suppressing fatigue failure of a vibrator due to low power and low noise.
