The present invention relates to a software defined network (SDN)-based container multi-tenant network management system and a container networking method of a container network. The present invention enables L2/L3 networks between containers through a network virtualization, reduces unnecessary multicast and broadcast traffics and flexibly operates networks. The management system comprises: a real network interface which is connected to a legacy network; an SDN-based virtual switch which sends/receives packets to/from the legacy network through the real network interface; a host control unit which generates the virtual switch; a container bridge which is generated by the host control unit, is virtually network-coupled with the virtual switch through a bridge-switch network interface (NI), and has a bridge identifier for self-identification; and a first host which is generated by the host control unit, receives a unique IP address based on the bridge net information, and has a plurality of containers virtually network-coupled to the container bridge.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
