The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for diagnosing a skin pigment lesion removal rate, and more particularly, to an apparatus and a method for diagnosing a skin pigment lesion removal rate, in which a white light source, a red light source, a green light source, and a blue light source are sequentially emitted and a skin pigment lesion image before a treatment and a skin pigment lesion image after the treatment, which are captured for each light source, are compared, thereby diagnosing the skin pigment lesion removal rate.
