The present invention relates to red ginseng preserved in honey and coated with black sesame seeds, obtained by steaming fresh ginseng cultivated in Goesan-gun, Chungbuk through an environmentally friendly method to produce red ginseng, preserving the obtained red ginseng in natural honey, and coating the preserved red ginseng with black sesame seeds to improve health functionality and flavor; and a preparation method of the red ginseng preserved in honey and coated with black sesame seeds.
