Disclosed are a drone remote control system and method based on a patch-type strain sensor and a pressure sensor. The drone remote control system and method using a wearable strain sensor and a pressure sensor sense motion and pressure sensed from a human body without having a separate manipulator, convert the sensed signal into an operation control signal to measure a movement and pressure of a hand, and convert an operation into a vertical/forward and backward/left and right input operations to manipulate a drone. Provided is a method for manufacturing a wearable strain sensor in a band shape and a pressure sensor for measuring pressure of a thumb, wherein the wearable strain sensor is installed at one end of an upper part of an arm and measures a movement of muscles generated when a wrist moves. Provided is a process for converting data measured by a strain sensor and a pressure sensor into a digital signal after processing. In response to the muscle movement and pressure of a wrist from strain sensor pressure sensors, an RF wireless signal including an operation control signal is transmitted from a drone remote controller to a drone, and an operation of the drone is controlled in response to previously input movement and pressure of a hand.
