The present invention relates to laser welding of automotive parts manufactured by connecting blanks of different materials. More specifically, the present invention relates to a hot stamping and a cutting welding process of an Al alloy-plated material to produce a part having a physical property equal or superior to the same of base metal. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a Taylor welded blank welding method is provided and comprises following steps of: (a) providing a differentially coated steel sheet having different thickness, strength and material; (b) forming a ferrite intermetallic compound on the surface of a welded unit of a differently-coated steel sheet; and (c) welding which is bonding the differently-coated steel sheet to each other.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
