The present invention relates to a method capable of simultaneously performing a color comparison method and a fluorescence analysis method on an identical sample based on metal nano-particles and an aptamer such that a material to be analyzed can be effectively quantified. The method comprises: (A) a step of reacting a sample including a material to be detected with an aptamer-metal nano-particle composite; (B) a step of measuring fluorescence after adding a fluorescence pigment in the reactant of the step (A); and (C) a step of measuring absorbance after adding a salt in the reactant of the step (B).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
