The present invention relates to an improved steel girder structure for lowering a floor height, in which a girder is provided at a middle portion with a deck plate or a slab form. The steel girder structure includes: a web (100) vertically installed; a lower flange (110) connected to a lower end of the web (110) at a middle portion and installed horizontally; a vertical plate (130) vertically installed to both ends of the lower flange (110); and a deck stand (150) for supporting the deck plate or the slab form which is horizontally installed on an upper end of the vertical plate (130). A concrete placing part (170) which is a space enclosed by the web (100), the lower flange (110) and the vertical plate (130) is provided with a plurality of reinforcing plates (200). After the concrete placing part (170) is placed by concrete, the reinforcing plates (200) increase resistance against a lateral force by a resultant force with the concrete.
