The present invention relates to a fall and falling object prevention device for a circular steel pipe type transmission tower. More specifically, the present invention relates to a fall and falling object prevention device for a circular steel pipe type transmission tower, securing safety of workers and preventing accidents of workers on the ground caused due to a falling object during construction when circular steel pipe type transmission tower, such as a 765kV transmission tower, is constructed. The fall and falling object prevention device can be easily installed and disassembled, installed in a temporary position of the 765kV transmission tower using a circular steel pipe, and install a thrust structure on a horizontal frame in a position where the horizontal frame exceeds 10m so as to maximize safety when a worker or a falling object are dropped.
