The present invention relates to a solar photovoltaic panel cleaning robot system, which includes: a cleaning module where a groove having a shape corresponding to a solar panel is formed, the solar panel is inserted into the groove, and a foreign matter is removed by the movement of the solar panel in a longitudinal direction due to a cleaning module driving part; and a mobile module which has a fastening part to be fastened to the cleaning module on an upper part thereof and mounts the cleaning module on one side of the solar panel. The mobile module has a plurality of mobile module drivers formed at a lower part thereof so that after the cleaning module is mounted on the solar panel, and the cleaning module moves to a position where the cleaning module finishes cleaning, and cleaning module is fastened to the fastening part. It is possible to control the solar photovoltaic panel cleaning robot system remotely.
