The present invention relates to a drug administration for patient controlled anesthesia (PCA), which continuously administers a certain amount of analgesic to a serious patient such as a cancer patient or a surgical patient. More specifically, the present invention relates to a drug administration device for patient controlled anesthesia which is convenient to use, free from contamination, and particularly suitable for use in disposable applications by comprising: a case having a bottom plate and a peripheral wall; a cover covering an open upper surface of the case; a pressing plate embedded between the bottom plate and the cover movably in a vertical direction; a pressing spring for pushing the pressing plate toward the cover; and a flexible drug bag embedded between the cover and the pressing plate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
