The present invention relates to an exercise class management system having a D-day function, an exercise class management method, and a computer-readable medium, which transmit information on exercise classes uploaded from a trainer terminal to members and manage the information on the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the exercise class management system comprises: a member subscription unit for receiving membership subscription information from an external terminal; a class input unit for receiving information on exercise classes from the external terminal; a class information providing unit for providing the information on the exercise classes to the external terminal; a class application unit for receiving information on class application from the external terminal; and a class management unit for managing details on the class application of the member. The membership subscription information includes subscriber category information, and the subscriber category information includes trainers, a sports center, and members. The information on the exercise classes includes information on trainers who carry out exercise classes and information on a sports center in which the exercise classes are carried out.
