The present invention relates to a traditional liquor production apparatus. More specifically, provided is a traditional liquor production apparatus which comprises: a pressure rice cooker; and a control body for controlling the pressure rice cooker. The pressure rice cooker comprises a container having an internal space and a lid sealing the container. The container includes a container lateral side part and a container lower side part. The pressure rice cooker further includes: an agitating device located in a first predetermined region of the container lower side part; and an ultrasonic device positioned in a second predetermined region of the container lower side part. By using the ultrasonic device to apply ultrasound to a raw material and promoting mixing of air and the raw material using the agitating device, it is possible to improve fermentation efficiency for the raw material while shortening aging periods for the traditional liquor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
