Provided are a wearable device for a brain computer interface (BCI) including: a housing which can be worn on a head part of a user by being mounted on one ear of the user; an EEG sensor attached to one area of the housing and measuring a brain wave signal of the user; and a processor for processing the brain wave signal of the user, and an operating method thereof. Accordingly, the present invention can provide reliability, safety, and convenience to the user.
