The present invention relates to a non-invasive control method for injection of a drug solution and a non-invasive injection device for a drug solution, and more specifically, to a non-invasive control method for injection of a drug solution, which controls the injection of a drug solution based on changes in weight of the drug solution; and to a non-invasive injection device for a drug solution. The non-invasive control method for injection of a drug solution and the non-invasive injection device for a drug solution comprise: a drug solution storage unit (11) which stores a drug solution to be injected; a drug solution supply unit (12) which supplies the drug solution transferred from the drug solution storage unit (11) to a drug solution transfer unit (13); a weight detection unit (14) which detects changes in weight of the drug solution storage unit (11) or the drug solution supply unit (12); and an injection control unit (15) which determines as to whether to supply the drug solution on the basis of changes in weight detected by the weight detection unit (14), wherein the weight detection is performed periodically, and a supply amount and a supply rate of the drug solution are calculated thereby.
