The present invention relates to a composite sheet of a single layer simultaneously having a heat radiation function and a magnetic property, a manufacturing method thereof, and a multilayer sheet including the same. Since content of a heat radiation filling material in an upper region of the composite sheet is high and content of a magnetic filling material on a lower region of the composite sheet is high, the composite sheet has little influence on the properties of each other. Therefore, the composite sheet can simultaneously realize the excellent heat radiation function and the magnetic property. Also, the composite sheet can realize a very thin thickness of the single layer and is excellent in flexibility. The manufacturing method of a composite sheet comprises: a step (1) of manufacturing slurry including a binder resin, the heat radiation filling material, the magnetic filling material and a solvent; and a step (2) of molding the slurry in a sheet form at a rate of 0.1 to 5 m/min.
