Disclosed is a flow feedback system of an internal fluid. The flow feedback system of an internal fluid comprises: a lens; a laser irradiating unit irradiating a laser beam to the lens and changing a fluid positioned in a focus region of the lens to plasma; a spectrum detecting optical unit including a first band pass filter passing a first wavelength region, a first photo diode, a second band pass filter passing a second wavelength region, and a second photo diode; and a system control unit calculating a ratio of light intensity of the first wavelength region of light emitted from the detected plasma using the first band pass filter and the first photo diode to light intensity of the second wavelength region of light emitted from the detected plasma using the second band pass filter and the second photo diode.
