Provided are a hybrid air conditioning system, and an automatic control method thereof, wherein indoor air can be maintained at a constant temperature and humidity all year with less energy by selectively using direct or indirect outdoor in accordance with the condition of the outdoor air and ventilation so that the temperature of air supply can be effectively adjusted, energy efficiency can be increased by using evaporative latent heat of water so that used energy can be reduced, and operation can be effectively performed in response to the condition (temperature, humidity) of the measured outdoor air and ventilation so as to reduce operating costs so that cost efficiency can be provided.
