Disclosed are a map display method for a risk of a road section on a map according to a weather, performed in a map service system, the map service system performing the same, and a web server used therein. The map display method includes the steps of: enabling the web server to analyze a map search request received from a user terminal; enabling the web server to transmit search information including a search position, screen center coordinates and reduced scale information from a background map database (DB) server and a risk DB server; and enabling the web server to generate map information to mesh up risk information received from the risk DB server and a background image received from the background map DB server. Accordingly, the present invention can display the map to make a user easily recognize the risk.
