The financial technology service apparatus can perform a process of data and an electronic signal for remitting a loan to an account designated in the loan application information by executing the subscription fund loan for a stock in a public offering by using the deposited investment. The financial technology service apparatus can perform an interest settlement and investment return process in accordance with the subscription fund loan for a stock in a public offering at a fixed data for payment in accordance with assignment of a stock in a public offering.
