The present invention relates to a front end shoe to improve the bearing capacity of a pile and, more specifically, to an objective of the present invention is to provide a front end shoe, which is attached to the front end of a pile to allow the pile to be easily inserted when driving the pile, extends an effective sectional area of a front end part to increase the bearing capacity of the front end, and discharges soil to a side surface of the pile to prevent reduction of surrounding frictional force. To achieve this, according to the present invention, the front end shoe to improve the bearing capacity of a pile comprises: an extension plate attached to the front end part of the pile and having a size greater than the diameter of the pile to extend an effective sectional area of the front end part of the pile; a conical penetration part downwardly extended from an edge of the extension plate and having a wide-top and narrow-bottom shape to be driven while reducing frictional force when the pile is driven; and a plurality of reinforcement ribs installed along the inner circumferential surface of the conical penetration part to reinforce the strength of the conical penetration part.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
